You'll have the opportunity to work in several areas of the DC such as order fill, replenishment, services, or fish warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include: Leading DC Operations Supervisors who manage teams of up to 30 associates in a behavior-based performance culture Talent development through emphasized by everyday performance management tools, systems, and resources Oversees daily planning, organizing and operations of a distribution center Balances workloads as needed to achieve production and delivery goals Effectively communicates daily goals, recognition, and areas of focus Skillful at leading teams in an ever-changing environment Coaches and leads supervisor team to follow policies and safety standards Effective talent management through interviewing and selecting talent Effectively communicates to senior leaders and across the business Utilizes software, data, and analytics to optimize operations, track production metrics and anticipate and solve opportunities What we are looking for Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career 4-6 years of leadership experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
