We are seeking a seasoned leader for our Technical Project Management team to lead the function as well as selective implementations of our AI analytics solution with customers within the consumer packaged goods / fast moving consumer packaged goods / alcoholic beverages space. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who combines a deep understanding of technology, data analytics, and artificial intelligence with industry knowledge to drive our projects to successful completion and lead customers in best practice deployments.

Strategic Leadership

• Refine and execute the overall vision and strategy for the Project Management Function.
• Define and drive key performance indicators, overarching E2E project management processes, and enforce compliance and standardization across the team
• Lead and grow the team, bringing in industry best practices based on a strong understanding of customers and use cases, and how they apply to our platform and product

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute analytics projects from inception through completion, ensuring proper integration and full onboarding of our sophisticated AI Analytics platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT specialists, to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Oversee the project budget, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and financial compliance is maintained.
• Analyze project risks, establish contingency plans, and manage change requests to ensure effective project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on technical project management experience, ideally with a focus on consumer packaged goods / FMCG or alcoholic beverages analytics.
• Proven expertise in managing projects integrating data analytics / artificial intelligence.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications within the CPG / alcoholic beverage sectors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and driving project management processes and standardizations throughout the organization
