We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to serve as a trusted advisor to our client’s global Supply Chain leadership team . This role will partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Excellence, Logistics, and Transformation to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management in a complex, matrixed environment.
You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, shaping the future of our client’s global supply chain capabilities, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Partner with EVP, Supply Chain and their leadership team to deliver talent strategies that support business transformation, capability building, and innovation.
Lead workforce planning and org design efforts across global supply chain functions, including centers of excellence and regional support.
Drive leadership development and succession planning for critical global roles in Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Digital Supply Chain.
Serve as the HR lead for major global change initiatives (e.g., ERP rollout, restructuring, new operating models).
Provide expert counsel on performance management, talent movement, internal mobility, and team effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with global COEs (Talent, Rewards, DEI, Learning) to deliver aligned HR solutions.
Monitor and enhance employee engagement across globally dispersed corporate supply chain teams.
Partner with Total Rewards on benchmarking and structure for niche supply chain roles, including analytics and transformation roles.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or HR Director capacity supporting global or corporate functions.
Experience supporting complex client groups such as Supply Chain, Procurement, or R&D within a CPG, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated success in leading organizational design, talent planning, and transformation initiatives.
Strong business acumen and understanding of global supply chain dynamics and challenges.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a mix of functional and technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience in a Fortune 500 or global CPG company
Exposure to digital supply chain or smart factory initiatives
Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday or HiBob and analytics platforms
