As a Director of Program Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of CNN's Digital Product and Services by overseeing the strategic planning and execution of key programs. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with high-performing teams, foster collaboration across departments, and ensure seamless delivery of critical initiatives. You will be responsible for aligning program goals with organizational objectives, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement in program delivery processes. Your Role Accountabilities... - Develop and implement program delivery strategies aligned with CNN's digital objectives
- Lead program management for key digital initiatives, working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Drive communication, alignment, and decision-making across the organization
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and increase overall program success
- Provide leadership in critical governance forums, including monthly Steering Committees
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience... - 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in digital media or technology sectors
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex digital initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and digital product development processes
- Experience with portfolio management and resource allocation in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic visions for program delivery teams
- Experience supporting governance forums and driving organizational alignment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide unbiased views on program status and accountability

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $133,420.00 - $247,780.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
