How you will create an impact

  • Work with business teams and partners to support and participate in completion of critical business tasks to support the Workers' Compensation, Defense Base Act (DBA) and United State Longshore and Harbor Workers Act businesses

  • Communicate with team members and business partners regarding reconciliation of specific production, expense and vendor related reports

  • Manage the entry of Major Loss Reports (MLRs) to document claims with significant financial exposure

  • Point of contact for specific business areas for questions involving documents, payments, and reserve transactions

  • Provide administrative oversight to ensure business processes and requirements are delivered

  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested

What you will need to succeed

  • 5+ years in a business support role, with experience analyzing and solving business problems from requirements gathering to successful solution implementation.

  • Analytical, decision making and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables

  • Solid communication skills

  • Experience supporting business operational processes.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

  • High sense of ownership and responsibility to all stakeholders to ensure work quality
