Position Overview:

NA:EUN Hospitality is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to support the execution of social media strategies across our restaurant group: Atoboy, Atomix, and NARO. The Digital Content Coordinator will work closely with the leadership team at HQ and the on-location to create engaging content, maintain brand voice, and ensure timely execution of campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to grow within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience managing or assisting with social media accounts (hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Proficiency with Canva, Later, or similar scheduling/design tools
• Basic knowledge of content creation (photography, video, or editing skills preferred)
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content for Atoboy, Atomix, and NARO.
• Capture and coordinate photo/video content at restaurants and events; work with Graphic Designer(s) and photographers/videographers to publish content.
• Draft captions and copy that align with each brand’s voice and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages.
• Track and report analytics to measure performance and engagement.
• Maintain and update websites, Google Business, and Meta accounts as needed.
• Create and maintain an active social media calendar for all locationsResearch and evaluate social media trends, tools, and new technologies.
• Assist with communication between internal teams, external partners, and PR contacts.
• Provide general support to on-site management team as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site at restaurant locations as needed for content creation
• Comfort working evenings and weekends when events or campaigns require coverage
• Ability to use photography or video equipment for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs if necessary
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
