Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS General Dentistry (DMD / DDS)
Up to $206,997 guaranteed Salary with experience
Qualified site for Federal school loan assistance - $50,000 per 2 years of service
$10,000 Signing bonus
Healthcare Insurance premium 100% employer-paid for FTE
$3,000 CME allowance + 80 hrs. PTO towards continuing education
5% retirement match by employer towards retirement
232 hours of PTO + 8 Holidays, option of cashing-out up to 48 unused hrs. of sick leave.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS General Dentistry (DMD / DDS)
FQHC facility serving the local underserved patient-population
General Dentistry focus with 10-12 patients per day avg.
4 x 10 hrs. schedule - enjoy 3 Day Weekends!
13 operatory chairs setup with 2 Dental Assistants per Dentist
