COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dental Director (DDS / DMD)

• Up to $218,259 guaranteed salary
• Up to $80,000 in Federal school loan assistance for 2 years of service
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance provided

• Dental Director - A leadership role with a hybrid focus on admin and clinical responsibilities
• Federally Qualified Health Center setting
• 5 Community health center clinics focused on serving the local communities
• Opportunity to lead a dental team consist of other dentists, RDHs, and DA’s

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dental Director (DDS / DMD)

• Seeking a Dentist provider with a passion for serving the local community
• Prior lead-dentist or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to handle patient care and lead a dental team

COMMUNITY Dental Director (DDS / DMD)

• One hour to Portland, OR
• Charming water-front community located on the Columbia River Gorge
• An area renowned for its outdoors natural beauty and adventures
• A community nestled at the foothills of Cascade Mountain range surrounded by tall mountains
• A 35 miles scenic drive through heart of the town offering beautiful views of apple farms, Vineyards, and peach orchards
