COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (General)

• $50,000 Sign on bonus
• Opportunity to make 200K+, base with incentives
• Up to $7,500 relocation
• Site qualifies for the NHSC program - 50K in student loan reimbursement
• 5% Match on 401K
• $2,500 annual CME allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (General)

• Building new facilities, open Spring of 2020 - but start now in current location
• Beautiful state of the art facilities
• 5*8-hour or 4*10-hour shifts
• Community health, general dentistry

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (General)

• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to get SD license
• Will consider visa candidates

COMMUNITY Dentist (General)

• Southern South Dakota, about 1 hour South of Sioux Falls
• Family community of 23,000 people
