JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective
Provide exceptional customer service to our delivery customers. Check all orders for correctness before leaving the restaurant. Deliver all orders in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Customer service minded, professional employee.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have current auto insurance.
• Must have a strong knowledge of the menu.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assure that all delivery orders are correct before leaving the restaurant.
• Deliver all orders in a timely manner and in proper order.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all deliveries.
• Obey all traffic laws.
• Provide help wherever needed when not on a delivery.

PROCEDURES

• Make sure you have enough gas before you come to work.
• Make sure your car is clean inside and out, remember you are representing ChopChop.
• Always have a supply of extra condiments, straws, menus plastic ware etc. in your vehicle at all time.
• Ensure that all mechanical items on your car are working (wipers, turn signals, horn etc.)
• Have the car topper on your vehicle at all times.
• Keep your radio at a moderate level.
• Make sure your insurance card is easily accessible.
• Always check your orders to make sure they are correct before leaving the restaurant.
• Ensure you know the correct route to your delivery.
• Drinks with STRAWS are the items most forgotten. MAKE SURE TO TAKE YOUR DRINKS AND STRAWS.
• Always greet your customer when you arrive at the delivery. Remember to SMILE.
• Give the customer their order and collect payment. If the customer requires change be sure to count back the change to the customer.
• Do not solicit tips.
• Always thank the customer for their business.
