This is not an analysis position. This is a straight data entry position.
Your Day-to-Day:
You will work within the Design Organization with the CIAC Team, which focuses on customer contacts, tracking customer agreements, payments, auditing work orders, and validating Service Policy requirements for Design. You will also provide support for annual Work Order packet reviews which supports managing the capital budget and refunding eligible customers. Also, you will update sketches, work drawings and contract agreements using Adobe Pro and GIS software.
Who You Are:
· People with backgrounds in accounting, business and construction management have been successful in this role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can write advanced macros) and other Microsoft products.
· Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam
