WingatePower, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems to support business operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
Accurately enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct any identified issues.
Maintain electronic and paper records in an organized and secure manner.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Communicate with other departments to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
Generate basic reports and summaries as needed.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high accuracy standards.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher is a plus).
Experience: Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative work preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with data entry or database management systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
