This is a remote position.
We are seeking a motivated Data Entry Keyer to join our team remotely. In this remote role, you'll perform essential data-typing tasks from your home office, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing efforts. Accurately type and enter data from various sources into internal systems while working remotely.
Review and verify data entries for correctness, consistency, and completeness in a remote environment.
Maintain organized digital records and assist with document management, all from your remote workspace.
Meet productivity and accuracy targets while working remotely and independently.
Collaborate virtually with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of keying tasks in a remote setting.
Suggest improvements to data-entry processes and assist with enhancing remote workflows and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in typing, data entry, or clerical work preferred (but not required).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy—especially working remotely.
Comfortable working from home in a remote setting with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in spreadsheet or word-processing software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or equivalent tools).
Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team setting.
Competitive hourly rate of $27–35 per hour .
