WingatePower, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms and systems. The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently handle a high volume of data entry tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into internal databases and systems.
Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies or errors.
Maintain and organize electronic records in compliance with company standards.
Process and prepare reports based on entered data as required.
Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with other departments to ensure proper data flow and consistency.
Perform routine data quality checks and assist in audits.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
High typing speed with a high level of accuracy (minimum 50 words per minute).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in office administration is a plus).
