Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our client to support critical administrative workflows that keep daily operations organized and efficient. In this role, you will handle document processing, ensure accurate data entry, and assist teams that rely on timely clerical support. Compensation:
$16.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
• Manage routine clerical processing, including scanning, faxing, and preparing outgoing mail to ensure efficient information flow.
• Support the clinical denials team by organizing documentation and providing clerical assistance that helps move case reviews forward.
• Maintain accurate records through timely data entry, updates, and verification within internal systems.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to help uphold an organized and smooth-running work environment.
Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Clerk:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comfortable using a laptop with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Epic is highly preferred and considered a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stay organized while handling repetitive tasks.
