• Build out the inside plant environment: pulling and patching cable, installing servers, and making critical connections.
• Coordinate projects, track schedules, and ensure documentation is on point.
• Lead and support a team of ISP techs to keep everything running smoothly.

• Inside Plant & Networking knowledge
• Hands-on Fiber Optics experience
• Project coordination and documentation
• Experience in large-scale data center environments

• Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a physically active role

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Graniteville, SC.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
