What You’ll Do Act as a subject matter expert in business requirements, process analysis, and data quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize compensation data workflows. Perform basic SQL queries and analysis to develop data-driven insights that support strategic decisions. Support user acceptance testing and partner with technical teams to validate data architecture. Enrich, map, and transition compensation data from legacy systems into new platforms, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Contribute to process redesign, reporting revamps, and build user interfaces for operational workflows. What You Bring 2-3+ years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or business management. Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, Python, or similar programming languages. Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools. Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for identifying process weaknesses. Excellent communication skills—both written and oral—and the ability to work independently. Experience with compensation systems, data integration, and business intelligence. Nice To Have Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma). Experience with regulatory controls and audit standards like SOX or SSAE16. Prior experience with Varicent or similar sales performance platforms. Preferred Education & Experience Degree in Business, Process Management, or Operations. 3 to 5 years in data analysis, financial operations, or related projects. Ability to step into the role quickly with minimal supervision. Additional Requirements Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (Tempe, AZ).
