Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst
Clearance Required : Active DOD Secret 
Job Location: Norfolk, VA 
Job Salary: $60K $120K (The salary range provided is a general guideline. Nexagen Networks considers various factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.)

 

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Following:

Qualifications  

• Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
• Active DOD Secret clearance
• Certification Requirements: CSWF IAM Lvl2 /DOD 8570 Compliant.
• 3-yrs of ISSM experience.
• 5-yrs in cybersecurity, with expertise in RMF compliance.
• 1-yr of direct experience supporting RMF UC3 process for the CMP cloud migration.
• Experience with DOD cybersecurity frameworks and eMASS documentation processes.
• Proven ability to manage and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Job Description:  

• Ensure CMP systems comply with DOD cybersecurity policies, including RMF requirements.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security controls.
• Maintain and update security documentation, including ATO renewals.
• Monitor threats and ensure proactive measures to secure CMP assets.
