Salary: 50,000

What you'll be doing:

  • Inbound Phone Calls: You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and assisting clients with their needs: questions about our program, scheduling problems, refunds, and trying to get them to book a sales call with the necessary team member.
  • Outbound Phone Calls: You will be calling prospective clients of leads that have come in throughout form submissions on our website.
  • Email Messaging: You will be responsible for managing our support email and responding to clients promptly.
  • Chat Messaging: You will be responsible for texting back client injuries and addressing any questions they may have.

What youll bring to the table:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to mange all client injuries in a timely manner.
  • Problem solver and people pleaser. When managing clients, you will need to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction of each client.

What experience is needed:

  • Previous customer support experience is favored, but not required.

  • Hours are typically 9am EST to 6pm EST M-F with a one hour lunch break midday which equates to 40 hours per week.

What you can earn:

  • Pay for this position is a base salary of $50,000 per year.
  • Compensation is paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit.
