Salary: 50,000
What you'll be doing:
- Inbound Phone Calls: You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and assisting clients with their needs: questions about our program, scheduling problems, refunds, and trying to get them to book a sales call with the necessary team member.
- Outbound Phone Calls: You will be calling prospective clients of leads that have come in throughout form submissions on our website.
- Email Messaging: You will be responsible for managing our support email and responding to clients promptly.
- Chat Messaging: You will be responsible for texting back client injuries and addressing any questions they may have.
What youll bring to the table:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to mange all client injuries in a timely manner.
- Problem solver and people pleaser. When managing clients, you will need to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction of each client.
What experience is needed:
- Previous customer support experience is favored, but not required.
What we bring to the table:
- Expensive suits? Don't need those! We want you to be comfortable so sweatpants or pajamas are just fine - you will never need to talk with clients in person or via video chat.

How many hours you'll work:
- Hours are typically 9am EST to 6pm EST M-F with a one hour lunch break midday which equates to 40 hours per week.
What you can earn:
- Pay for this position is a base salary of $50,000 per year.
- Compensation is paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit.
