Vibrissa Beer in Front Royal, VA is looking for one craft bartender to join our 48 person strong team. We are located on 122 E Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, energetic, outgoing, and reliable.

Craft Beer and Food! – Vibrissa Beer is a production brewery and kitchen in the heart of downtown Front Royal. We have a full-service kitchen that specializes in upscale pub fare with a little twist, experimenting with flavors from both food and beer. 

Come join our front of house squad as a Bartender! We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual to come pour some beer with us. Learn from our Head Brewer about making beer, the industry and culture that surrounds it. Duties include closing/ opening bar, knowledge of beer and cocktails, changing kegs, cleaning the bar, in charge of POS cash sales, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Taproom
• Engage with customers
• Learn and retain knowledge about craft brewing and be able to explain that our customers.
• Delight customers with great service
• Talking about our beers and offering To-Go Beer to customers
• Taking/Entering food and drink orders using Toast (POS system)
• Processing Cash and Debit/Credit Card transactions
• Mixing cocktails and properly pouring craft beer for bar guests and taproom customers
• Keeping bar and other work areas clean and organized
• Adhering to all ABC laws, guidelines, and safety
• Arriving to scheduled shifts on time and ready for work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Bartending experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Knowledge of different spirits
• Ability to create and follow craft cocktail recipes
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and Punctual
• Outgoing personality and the ability to talk to anyone
