Role: Contracts Attorney

Employer: National Hospitality Company

Experience Required: 2-4 Years' Law Firm or In-House

Our client, a national hospitality company, is seeking a Contracts Attorney for a hybrid role based in the Nasvhille, TN/Franklin area. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of corporate contracts experience from either a top-tier law firm or in-house legal role.

Requirements:

• A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional legal writing skills, research and organizational, and a thorough understanding of the legal drafting processes
• Deep experience in contract negotiations and vendor management. Real Estate background is a plus.
• Excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships across teams and with external partners
• Adaptable and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
• Knowledge of online Contract Software Systems
