We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the Low Voltage aspect of construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL . The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of low-voltage installations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Manage and oversee low-voltage construction projects , including structured cabling, access control, security systems, audiovisual installations, and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of low-voltage systems.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources , ensuring alignment with overall construction schedules.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Ensure all installations adhere to local codes, regulations, and safety standards .
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure proper installation and functionality of systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the installation process.

• Proven experience in low-voltage construction project management , including structured cabling, security, networking, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for technology-driven construction projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills , with the ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, blueprints, and permitting requirements .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential sectors is a plus.
