Our Concrete Finishers will work on new construction job sites, focusing primarily on residential projects with some small commercial jobs. The role involves assisting with new builds in finish carpentry and concrete work. The foreman will handle hand and power tools and assist in prepping job sites. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced employees and potentially advance into other carpentry and concrete roles.
Oversee and assist with new construction projects, including residential and small commercial jobs.
Perform finish carpentry and concrete work.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Prepare job sites for construction activities.
Collaborate with a team of 4 - 10 people to ensure project success.
Experience with hand tools and general construction.
Proficiency in carpentry and concrete work.
Experience in waterproofing.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly for up to 10 hours daily.
1-3 years of experience in a finisher role.
Experienced in demolition, carpentry, or concrete.
Experience with power tools.

Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, which can be dirty and physically demanding. Engage in new construction of residential and commercial properties. Residential job sites are unoccupied. Work in teams of 4 - 10 people. Dress code requires pants, steel toe boots, and shirts with sleeves. Personal protective equipment, including hard hats and visibility vests, is mandatory.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.
