Job Description:
Work Arrangement:

• Hours:
  • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Part-time: Monday-Friday, 7:30-9 AM & 2-4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage conference room bookings
• Provide directions and guidance to guests, tenants, and employees
• Offer insights and assistance for visitors needing access to medical, security, HR, and other departments
• Call housekeeping when necessary
• Assist new hires on Mondays by directing them to the appropriate locations
• Make reservations, schedule transportation services, and recommend local attractions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-Have Skills:
  • Ability to interact with people, strong presence
• Years of Experience:
  • 1+ year of hospitality experience
• Education:
  • High School Diploma
