About The Information Systems Team The Information Systems team is responsible for the operation and security of the store and corporate networks, including the hardware, software, communication and human resources that comprise them. The IS team is also responsible for network and data security, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and security standards. About the Position This position provides helpdesk support to store point of sale systems and to corporate PC users. Also operates computers on the local area network to process daily production jobs. Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Monitor job processing Run job processing Provide phone support to users (corporate/stores) Troubleshoot computer problems Communicate effectively over the telephone and through email Other duties as assigned.
