Communications Intern
PowerSouth is providing a summer internship in its Communications Department for a motivated, energetic candidate interested in the areas of digital communications, graphic design, publications, video production, photography, drones, media releases and speech writing. PowerSouth provides a learning environment for communications interns. Intern must be a student at a four-year university and progressing toward a degree in the field of Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. The internship must be under the auspices of or sanctioned by the university. The intern will assist the Communications Department with a variety of projects. Intern must demonstrate responsibility, show pride in work performed, demonstrate flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules, maintain professional behavior and appearance, and exhibit dependability. PowerSouth offers competitive internship compensation.
