We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to oversee day-to-day job site operations, manage crew members, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on schedule and within quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with proven experience in commercial roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and coatings

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate roofing crews on commercial projects, to install projects on time, and ahead of schedule, with an emphasis on safety.
• Travel to job sites up and down the East Coast and Midwest regions.
• Install roofing systems to Design-Pro specifications. Read and interpret project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.
• Ensure job sites meet Design-Pro Roofing’s standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower for each project, with operations manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager, clients, and team members to ensure expectations are met.
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill growth and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Foreman in the field of commercial roofing (TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, metal, etc.).
• Prior experience as a foreman or crew leader in roofing construction.
• Have an understanding of all roofing systems and know your way around each system.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
