Job Description

The Clinical Liaison will initiate and maintain ongoing
professional contacts with physicians, area health facilities, community organizations, state and county medical societies, and similar groups in order to ensure weekly Client census growth. Responsible for achieving net contribution growth goals necessary to support company objectives.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Social Work, Sales/Marketing, Nursing, Health Care Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with strong focus on sales and business development
• Prior success in revenue growth and development and maintenance of referring accounts
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Computer literacy
• Outstanding leadership, managerial, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills

Description of Required Duties and Tasks:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Analyze market conditions, business volume/mix, weekly client hours, competition, and operational costs/requirements.
• Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
• Maintain current referral partner relationships and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Make an average of 40 quality contacts with referral source decision makers each working week and participate in effective networking activities.
• Complete all required reporting and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep abreast of marketing efforts of the competition and report to Administrators(s) and Director of State Operations.
• Ensure continued organizational growth by expanding new and existing client base, and weekly hours.
• Work with clinical resources to oversee Client intakes/inquiries and assess Client needs.
• Consult with associates, caregivers, Clients and their families, referral sources, and thirdparty payers to provide information.
• Assist other team members with effective and productive goal setting to increase weekly client hours.
• Meet (virtual, telephonic, in-person, etc.) weekly with Agency Administrator(s) and/or Director of State Operations to discuss marketing strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of service capabilities for all service lines while in the field as well as
a fundamental understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Third Party Coverage, Long Term Care, Veterans Programs, and Private Pay Business.
• Participate in organization business growth meetings, strategic planning meetings, company
in-services, trainings, and required activities.
• Analyze causes of customer service issues, communicating issues, and assisting in developing solutions to problems.
• Promote customer service with timely call backs, listening and understanding, good communication, and a positive attitude.
• Assist with coordination of community resources in the referral process if needed.
• Abide by all policies and procedures set forth by the Company.
• Ensure protection of confidential information that is stored, handled, or maintained by following Company policies and procedures related to confidentiality and/or HIPAA
regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good communication skills.
• Understand terminology related to our services and elderly clients.
• Ability to relate to caregiver’s and client’s needs.
Physical Requirements:
Sight and hearing sufficient to comprehend written and verbal communication, ability to work a
minimum of eight (8) hours per day while standing, sitting, writing, speaking, and using office
equipment.

Additional Eligibility Qualification:
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Current State Driver’s License.
• Current Auto Liability Insurance according to Company Policy.
