About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, who will serve as a strategic and operational partner, driving a culture of prioritization, growth, and discipline in line with the company's values. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the CEO's effectiveness in driving the company's growth agenda, representing the CEO at various events and meetings, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and balanced across internal and external priorities. This role also involves optimizing the effectiveness of the executive team and strengthening the impact of key CEO priorities, including sustainability and inclusion. The Chief of Staff will lead the CEO's office, manage the CEO's executive assistants, and oversee the smooth operation of all activities. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 8-15 years' experience in a global multi-brand business, with a proven track record in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. High emotional and cultural intelligence, strong executive presence, and the ability to work across functions and influence at all levels are essential.
