About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Data and Insights Officer (CDIO) to lead the development and execution of data strategies that align with the organization's mission of increasing access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. The CDIO will be responsible for building a data and insights organization, ensuring data quality, and administering data governance. This role is pivotal in fostering a data-driven culture, driving enterprise data, analytics, and business intelligence strategies, and supporting the organization's goals of improving healthcare quality and reducing costs. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in enterprise data strategies, adept at driving innovation and developing scalable solutions. They should be an inspiring and results-driven leader, with a strong passion for developing people and a keen eye for organizational efficiency. Key responsibilities for the CDIO include data strategy development, insights generation, collaboration and leadership, innovation and technology, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be expected to have a minimum of eight years' experience in data and analytics, including at least three years in executive or senior leadership positions, and a strong technical foundation in data engineering, architecture, and infrastructure. They should also have a deep understanding of data privacy regulations, experience in change management, and a proven ability to influence senior management and drive a data-driven culture. The CDIO will be a change agent with an entrepreneurial spirit, solutions-focused, and will approach the role with a strong sense of humility and a team-based philosophy.
