Be the primary point of contact during a guest's dining experience - greet guests, complete their orders at the register, and meet the needs of the guests in the dining room and through the drive-thru in accordance with Chick-Fil-A operating procedures and standards. Our cashiers and hospitality team members play a very important role in our organization. Making guests feel honored and cared for during their time at our establishment is our top priority, and we couldn't do it without the attentive, courteous, and joyful individuals who serve at the cash register and keep the restaurant clean and organized throughout the day. At Chick-fil-A, the cashier role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. Requirements/Responsibilities

1. Greet customers with a smile and provide genuine, friendly service.
2. Hustle. You must strive for 60 second service or less.
3. Know the menu and be able to effectively assist guests with questions and requests.
4. Be organized and proactive - you are responsible for the cleanliness of your work station/ register.
5. WOWing the customers. Provide a consistent dining experience while attending to the unique needs of each individual.
6. You alone are responsible for the cash in your drawer. Ensure that all cash and coupons are CFA Raintree Drive & 101 FSU (01553)
