Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in higher education and career service support, with a preference for those holding an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. The role requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google products, and social media, as well as a track record of achieving exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of NACE standards, experience in career services, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Responsibilities also include assisting students in developing personalized career plans, setting realistic goals, and supporting the company's mission to create a welcoming environment that promotes a sense of belonging for all.
