Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Refacing Installer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our customers' kitchens by installing high-quality cabinet refacing products. You will work closely with homeowners to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and ensure each project is completed with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally install cabinet refacing products including doors, drawer fronts, veneers, and hardware

• Perform minor cabinet modifications and repairs as needed

• Ensure job site is clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in clients' homes

• Accurately follow project specifications, measurements, and installation plans

• Communicate effectively with the project manager and office team regarding progress and any onsite concerns

• Ensure timely completion of jobs, typically within 3-5 days

• Uphold the company’s reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or related trade

• Must provide own vehicle and tools

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift and carry materials and tools (up to 75 lbs)

• Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience specifically with cabinet refacing

• Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and cabinet hardware

• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset

• Ability to travel for work
