As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNCs Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the managers discretion. **PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position** This position will be supporting the retail line of business planning and coordinating releases. Required Skillset: - Experience with project planning - Experience leading team meetings - Excellent verbal and written communication to partner with other lines of business - Experience gathering requirements to support our technical team and partners - Experience using Agile methods. i.e. - stand up meetings etc. Job Description Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements . Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed . Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results . Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary . Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred.
