Internship Overview:

The Business Analyst Internship Program offers interns the chance to work closely with experienced business analysts and project managers. You will engage in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, creating documentation, and contributing to strategic projects that impact key client solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior business analysts and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Assist in the development of functional and technical specifications for software solutions.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Participate in client meetings and support the preparation of presentations and project updates.
• Contribute to process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex business needs into technical language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Tableau is a plus.
• A basic understanding of business process modeling and software development methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
