Business Analyst - Contracts
San Antonio, TX
12+ month contract
$28/hr.


ConsultNet is searching for an entry level Business Analyst to support a contracts management team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a hybrid-to-start role that will roll into a more remote schedule as time progresses.



Responsibilities:

• Support a centralized Contract Management team whose core job responsibility is to develop and oversee contracts across various Business Areas
• Assist with the procurement process.
• Monitoring contracts spend/expiration.
• Scoping, mini bidding & distributing work.
• Tracking cost commitments
• Verifying and processing invoices and developing standardized reports.
• Develop and assist in tracking metrics for business processes.
• Collect, document, and maintain business requirements for business process driven tasks.
• Support established relationships with business and contractors/supplier counterparts and becomes a credible partner, who seeks to understand business issues.
• Creates benchmarks and insights based on analytic techniques to address issues and improve financial and operational performance.

• Minimum one year of applicable experience
• No Degree required.
• Attention to detail, data analysis, demonstrated effective communication.
• Excel experience, Procurement experience,
• Contract-related experience with tracking costs.
