An apartment complex is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, pull up carpets, and handle other maintenance duties to get apartments ready for occupancy. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience, must bring your own hammer, screw drivers, pliers, channel locks, and wrenches, must be safety-conscious, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
