WHAT OUR BREWERS DO

Our Brewers are responsible for the creation of new beers, understanding the entire brewing process, are passionate about beer-making, and creative!

A BREWER'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Assisting on-site leadership in the making of house brewed craft beers and managing all aspects of beer production
• Maintain and keep up all brewing equipment, along with the safe operation of the equipment
• Inventory support for the center. Verifies the quality and accuracy of deliveries
• Ensure the brew recipe is followed accordingly and the beer is stored correctly
• Assess the quality throughout the process and be responsible for scientific and taste-testing of the brew
• Detailed records must be kept, with the goal of improving beer quality and production processes
• Guest interaction, public beer tastings, and ability to promote/sell
• Create a plan for improving the brewing and setting up goals for improving the productivity, hygiene and safety of the brewery
• Proactively ensures and maintains a clean and safe environment at all times in assigned work station
• Must become certified in the Bowlero Corporation specified alcohol service program within 14 days of employment and the Bowlero Corporation specified food safety program within 30 days of employment

WHAT IT TAKES

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years related experience. (Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable)
• Passion and knowledge of craft beer
• Organized, self-disciplined, detail-oriented

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Typical entertainment center environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
