Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Designer with a strong background in graphic design and experience in branding and re-branding. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for developing and maintaining brand identities, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment. This role involves creating compelling brand visuals for various projects, including apparel launches, events, and special campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branding elements for the Apparel team on a per-launch basis, including hangtags, packaging, PR boxes, and related materials.
• Lead the creation of branding for major events, with a focus on seasonal campaigns and promotions:
  • Design social graphics (posts, stories, ads) for events and campaigns.
  • Develop logos, stage designs, merchandise, and printed assets.
  • Assist with website creative needs, including resizing photos and videos.
• Design logos for new fabrics, hangtags, and seasonal overviews.
• Create exclusive graphic tee designs for special projects.
• Develop graphics and branding for special events as needed.
• Edit content across the organization to maintain strict adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and refine brand standards.
• Oversee all employee-created assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager, Head of Fashion, or Creative Director.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the apparel industry or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of layout design and graphic fundamentals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
