Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Cleaners to join our team part-time in Columbia, MO. Positions are open at the Blue Note and Rose Music Hall venues. Follow the provided company policies and checklists, ensuring that each of the steps are completed after each event. Ensure venue cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained. Work closely with teammates to ensure cleaning efficiency and effectiveness. Perform a deep clean of the venue on a monthly basis, including additional carpet cleaning. All other duties as assigned. Applicable customer service skills working with a diverse set of customers. Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills. Ability to learn and work within systems such as MS Office and other company software. Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group communications, and instant messaging. Ability to handle difficult situations and sensitive information with care and professionalism. Professional and friendly demeanor. Committed to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Background check required. Physical demands include standing and walking, ascending and descending stairs, handling cleaning chemicals and supplies, lifting up to 25 pounds, crouching, kneeling, bending, reaching frequently, exposure to large crowds and high noise volumes, lighting changes including low lit areas, strobe lights, moving lights, occasional outdoor work, and extended work hours.
