The Waisman Organization is a part of the largest union labeled supplemental benefits company for 68+ years. We work with over 30,000 unions and associations. As a result of our growing client base, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team and serve working families to get them enrolled into our permanent insurance programs. Sales experience is valued but not required. Leads are provided by the company.

*All interviews, training, and positions are being conducted remotely from home*

The Job:

• Setting up appointments to meet with our clients virtually to activate their requested benefits package
• Conducting meetings via Zoom with our existing clientele to review and update their current benefits
• Maintaining quality control
• Building client base and relationships

Qualifications:

• Time management (as you'll be working a flexible schedule)
• Strong work ethic
• Coachable
• Basic computer literacy
• Must pass criminal record check upon hire
• Customer service skills - 1 year preferred
