Job Overview

Responsibilities  

• Barbacks restock supplies like liquor, ice, straws, napkins, and syrups. They also change beer kegs and rotate stock
• Barbacks clean glassware, bar and table surfaces, chairs, railings, and other high-touch areas. They also sweep and mop in and around the bar area.
• Barbacks prepare garnishes. They may also learn cocktail recipes and other menu items.
• Barbacks have opening and closing duties for the bar, such as taking out the remaining trash, wiping down the bar, and tracking closing inventory
