Must Have 5+ years of Automotive Controller experience Accountabilities Audits, Billing, Titles, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Human Resources, Employee Insurance, and Payroll Generate Weekly Accounts Receivable report Maintain AR schedule compliance Oversee General Ledger reconciliations Daily bank and credit card account reconciliations Ensure Positive Pay on all checks Complete month-end closing by the 5th Manage payables, including documentation to lenders and posting to accounting systems Post all trades and wholesale transactions Ensure payroll taxes are paid Submit financial statements Hire, manage, and train accounting staff; review GL accounts Handle sales tax, VIT tax, payroll tax Reconcile liabilities, fixed assets, and write-offs Reconcile flooring and payoff/floored units Oversee floorplan audits Manage HR functions including insurance, payroll, and employee schedules Ensure commissions are posted or accrued Oversee health insurance reconciliation Cover desk responsibilities during employee absences and train staff Ensure team performs at their full potential Job Details Employment Type: Full Time Experience: 5-10 years Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 annually Additional Information Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Job Function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industry: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at iHire.
