Venice Toyota is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to title/register new and used vehicle purchases at our busy dealership! Applicant must be able to work at a fast pace with minimal errors, multi-task, and be a dependable team player. Responsibilities Title Clerk:

• Process vehicle Tag and Title paperwork on all new and used vehicles sold both in-state and out of state
• Communicate with customers and vendors on related issues
• Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements
• Issue checks to tag Registration Offices for fees due and refund checks to customers on an as-needed basis
• Accurately record and file completed vehicle sales deals
• Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Other office duties may be assigned

Requirements Title Clerk:

• Automotive Title experience preferred
• Other Dealership Office experience is a plus!
• Must possess basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• A go-getter that will take charge and able to manage their workload
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance
• Must work well with others and have good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
