We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to complete motor vehicle paperwork, interact with customers and other agencies, file vehicle owner titles and registration in a timely manner, and more. Dealertrack and dealer DMV experience preferred but not required.Automotive tag & title experience is preferred.

• Process tag and title paperwork for vehicles sold both in state and out of state
• Communicate with customers and the county clerks office on related issues
• Maintain strict compliance with all title laws and filing requirements
• Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to auto titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Perform administrative/clerical duties as needed

• Dealertrack and dealer DMV experience preferred but not required.Auto Tag and Title Clerk experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication, customer service and organizational skills
• Self starter who anticipates and completes tasks without being asked
• Able to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
