Full Time Associate Dentist needed is Salisbury, MD!!
This busy, private group practice, located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland, is searching for a dedicated Dentist to join their team. OPEN TO NEW GRADS! This fee-for-service practice is growing and offers a broad spectrum of procedures (Broad general – wide variety of procedures – restorative, crown and bridge, dentures, partials, endo, implants (restore), Invisalign.) Guaranteed salary with percentage of collections. An earning potential of minimum 150K annually (96% collections rate) $200K+ is typical for docs by third quarter. Expansion in talks for future and potential partnership opportunity.
Office:
– 100% FFS
– Operatories: 10 (Experienced Hygiene Staff)
– 32 members on team/admin included.

Compensation:
– Daily Guarantee between $650-$850 for first 60-90 days || Up to 35% of collections to follow ($200K+ is typical)
– Health paid 100% by practice, Vision, Life, and Malpractice insurance; CE allowance as needed, Voluntary life insurance.
– Relocation Bonus up to $25,000// Student Loan Repayment.
– All tools provided by practice.
Schedule:
2 days per week 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
1 day per week 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Fridays 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Two Saturdays per month from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m
