This individual will work on all aspects of affordable housing transactional work, including joint venture work, conventional and bond-financed loan work (borrower side), purchase and sale agreements, and general real estate work involved in acquisitions and dispositions of real property. Substantive legal experience in some or all of the following areas is highly desirable: housing tax credits, public housing redevelopment, HUD programs, and CDBG implementation programs.
