Job Description

SUMMARY

As an assistant Service Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive – Windsor, CO, you will be working alongside our Service Manager and Franchisee. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, giving customers rides in our company shuttle, running for last minute needed local parts, and general office assistance. A very dynamic and important role to our company!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):

• Greet and treat every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
• Give shuttle rides to customers, engage in pleasant conversation
• Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity. *Love your neighbor as yourself!
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team atmosphere at all times.
• Elevate the level of the entire team by your presence and contributions.
• Use the phone (and all communication tools) in a professional manner, always with the intention of creating a long-term relationship between the store, yourself and the customer.
• To act in a professional manner suitable as to represent a quality organization with which you are employed, always and in every instance projecting and demonstrating an attitude of honesty and integrity.
• Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities as dictated by work load.
• Ensure that all work is performed to proper expectations and specifications.
• Assist other employees as needed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in the Automotive Industry preferred, but not required, with experience in some kind of sales or customer care.
• Experience desired in writing repair tickets (specifically involving parts and labor estimates), but not required, willing to train the right candidate!
• Candidate must be a SELF-DRIVEN and MOTIVATED person, with a TEAM FIRST attitude!
• Excellent communications skills with customers as well as fellow service employees and Technicians. Candidates with a heart to SERVE our customers are strongly urged to apply!

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATES:

• Current driver's licenses.
• Proof of minimum state required insurance on personal vehicle.
• Excellent driving record required.
