Assistant Project Manager-Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior project managers
- Support the resolution of project-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery
- Handle project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Attend project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or support (internships accepted)
- Knowledge of project management principles; familiarity with the mechanical industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) is a plus
