The Company is seeking an Assistant Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and centralizing financial data to prepare legal financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and other necessary reports. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries, with a focus on daily tasks such as processing purchase and sales transactions, archiving and inputting data into accounting software, and performing account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a background in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience, and a strong educational foundation in management, accounting, or finance. Applicants for the Assistant Chief Financial Officer position at the company should possess a Bac+4 degree in a relevant field and have a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within an accounting firm or a company with experience in travel sales and commission accounting. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a meticulous and perfectionist approach, capable of working autonomously and taking the initiative. Proficiency in Excel is essential, including skills such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and index match. The candidate should also have an operational level of English, both written and spoken.
